2. Your account

You need an account to use most features. Keep your login secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time (see the data deletion page). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the community rules.

3. Fair play & acceptable use

Predictions lock at kickoff and cannot be edited afterwards. You agree not to: create multiple or fake accounts, manipulate scoring or rankings, use bots or automation, harass other users, or post unlawful, hateful, or infringing content. Scoring, rankings, badges, and anti-cheat decisions are made on our servers and are final.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post (such as comments and profile details). You grant CNC Balance a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content within the app so we can operate the service. You are responsible for what you post.

5. Subscriptions & in-app purchases

Some features require a paid subscription or in-app credit. Purchases are processed by Google Play (or the App Store) under their terms. Prices, tiers, and features may change. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; manage or cancel in your app-store account. Refunds are handled under the app store’s refund policy and applicable Thai law.

6. In-app credit

Any in-app credit or currency has no cash value, is not transferable outside the app, and can never be exchanged for money. It is a feature of the app, not a financial instrument.

GOAT XI is a prediction, entertainment, and reputation product. It does not offer betting, odds, wagers, or cash payouts, and no payment you make is a bet on the outcome of any match. You pay for features only, never on a result. Nothing in the app may be used to place or facilitate real-money betting.

8. Intellectual property

The GOAT XI name, logo, design, and the app’s scoring, ranking, and prediction systems belong to CNC Balance and are protected by law. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the service. Club names, logos, and match data belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and information only.

GOAT XI is provided “as is”. Match data comes from third-party providers and may contain errors or delays. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, and predictions are for entertainment — they are not advice of any kind.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CNC Balance is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited under Thai law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and notify you in the app. Continuing to use GOAT XI after a change means you accept the updated terms.
